1.Decanter Centrifuge for muddy juice separation

2.ROTARY VACUUM DRUM FILTERS

Vacuum filters allow a more complete separation of solids from liquids than other mechanical dewatering filters. 4.SHORT RETENTION TIME CLARIFIER (SRT) WITH MECHANICAL SUPPORT
To reduce the inversion losses in Clarifier, LOVELY PROJECT AND ENGINEERING introduced the Short Retention Time Clarifier which effectively reduces sugar losses by bringing down retention time from approximately three hours to nearby forty-five minutes for clarification of sugarcane juice. The process also facilitates better removal of non-sugar. It is manufactured as per client's requirement in various ranges of factory capacity and the required automation is provided to achieve maximum efficiency.
5.PUSHER CENTRIFUGE
With simple robust design the Pusher Centrifuge gives high throughputs under the toughest conditions. Operates purely on with mechanical drive the Pusher Centrifuge is suited for all fields for the separation of slurries with solid which filters easily. The average particle size of the solids must be at least 0.1 mm. Pusher Centrifuge utilizes continuous Filtration for the suspended, fast draining, crystalline and granular or fibrous solids from the liquid phase. These solids can be washed as they are transported though the basket.
6.REACTORS
The reactors, in which chemicals are made in industry, vary in size from a few cm3 to the vast structures that are often depicted in photographs of industrial plants. For example, kilns that produce lime from limestone may be over 25 meters high and hold, at any one time, well over 400 tones of materials. The design of the reactor is determined by many factors but of particular importance are the thermodynamics and kinetics of the chemical reactions being carried out.
7.Heat exchangers
Most chemical reactions are faster at higher temperatures and heat exchangers are frequently used to provide the heat necessary to increase the temperature of the reaction. A common heat exchanger is the shell and tube type (Figures 12 and 13) where one part of the process flows through a tube and the other part around the shell. A good example where heat exchange is important is in the manufacture of sulfur trioxide from sulfur dioxide in the Contact Process where the excess heat is used to warm incoming gases.
